The registration procedure has the following steps:

  1. Fill in the registation form. Supply personal data, the registation type, whether you wish to participate in the conference banquet, and the payment method. Please note that we will not ask you to give credit card details over the Internet. Finally, you can choose your own login and password. Please note also that none of the fields are optional.
  2. Verify the information you supplied, and select "It's correct" if all is OK.
  3. Print the page which the registration system returns to your web browser. Sign it (and fill in missing information such as credit card details) and send it to the CAIP'2003 office by FAX (+31 503633800).
  4. You will receive a confirmation by email when we have received the payment (this will take a few days).

If you require a visa to enter the Netherlands: we can send you an invoice of the payment of the conference fee in which it is stated that you will attend the conference. We cannot send invitation letters, and we will not respond to any such request.
